Kid's Care
We look forward to taking care of your children and hope that their stay with us will be a pleasant experience. Our goal is to provide a healthy, safe and creative environment while offering activities that are exciting and age appropriate for your child. On your first visit, you will be given a Child Information Form to fill out so that we can keep important information about your child on file. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the your local Gold's Gym Kids Care Supervisor.
Group Exercise
All our classes will bring you to a new level of fitness! Our team of instructors teach from the heart and mind. Come in and try it out, you won't workout alone again! Ask any of our staff members about getting a guest pass to bring a friend!
Spinning
A low impact, high energy workout. The studio cycles gives the feel of a road bike. No experience needed. Sign up at the front desk. Towel and water are required to attend this class.
Tanning

We offer a full service tanning salon with one of
the highest performance European tanning booths on the market. We also carry a variety of high quality tanning products such as bronzers, accelerators and moisturizers to nourish your skin while enhancing your tanning sessions.
